Guppy Products is solely owned and operated by Myspace CC. We are a well established manufacturer and importer, with a history of more than 20 years in the South African Furniture Industry. We pride ourselves on delivering quality and efficient service and products to you. We also ensure that our products are a contemporary fit to your home and the lifestyle trends of today.

Orders can be placed by email, phone or fax. We will provide you with confirmation of your order and our banking details. Payment can be by EFT or cash bank deposit and please let us know once payment has been executed so that can proceed with your order. We keep stock of some products and some we need to make – so delivery lead times vary between 3 days to 3 weeks – feel free to ask us for detail on your order.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase experience on our website. Once the furniture is delivered, you have 5 days to decide if you wish to return it. We do not want you to be stuck with an item that you do not want and you can arrange to return it yourself or ask us to do a collection.

We will refund you the full purchase price minus the outbound and inbound delivery cost. We will refund you within 5 days of the furniture having reached us.

If goods arrive damaged, we will ask you for detail as to which part is damaged and we will arrange for a swop of the product or part. Our products come with a 1 year guarantee covering our workmanship. If you are have any problems, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
